1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 21st December 1998.

In Article 4 of the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “6 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “6 executive”.

This Order amends the constitution of an NHS trust established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990, by increasing the numbers of non-executive and executive directors from 5 to 6 in each case.
