Non-Contentious Probate Fees (Amendment) Order 2013 (subscription)

Hydrocarbons (Temporary Management Scheme) Regulations 2013 (subscription)
SI 2013/1329: The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change will now be able to take a UK oil or gas licence into his control under a temporary management scheme, where the licence holder is designated under the EU sanctions against Iran. These Regulations come into force on 30 June 2013.

Civil Procedure (Amendment No 4) Rules 2013 (subscription)
SI 2013/1412: The time limit for bringing a Judicial Review is shorted to six weeks for certain planning cases and thirty days in certain procurement cases. The right to a reconsideration at a hearing of the refusal of permission to bring a Judicial Review is removed where the application is certified as totally without merit by the Judge considering the application on the papers. These rules will come into force on 1 July 2013.
