During my sessions, some of you have been fascinated with the "Find a legal Term Box" and so I thought I would share it would everyone.

On the Hompage of LexisLibrary, simply type in a legal term such as Mens Rea and Lexis will pull a nice easy definition.

For applicability of mens rea, you can see that Lexis bring it up in the various contexts such as intoxication, manslaughter, murder etc.

Try this with such terms as:

Land law:
easements (right of way)
covenant (restrictive or positive)
lease
licence

Equity &Trust:
covenant
Constructive trust
Restrictive Trust

Tort:
Contributory negligence
Gross Negligence

Criminal:
Intention
