I bought a Mac Book Pro last year hoping for a secure and stable computer. I have not been disappointed however until recently. In a recent report by a Russian Anti-Virus firm, there are over 600,000 thousand Macs infected with a Trojan type virus (relate back to your myths-an attack from inside). The virus is secretly downloaded as an executable file whereby a "back door" is left in your system that will gather your passwords and any other relevant data.

The UK alone is infected with an estimated 68,000 infected computers. The Apple update will allow for infection to cease.

My concern is that at this point, it is uncertain where the data is being collected to or what it is being used for. Will there be any further inquiries or investigation. Only time can tell.
