The Case

European Union Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action brought by La Zaragozana SA against the decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market, relating to opposition proceedings between La Zaragozana and Charles Cooper Ltd, concerning the application by the latter company for registration of a figurative sign depicting the word "GREEN'S" as a Community trade mark.
