The Case

The Administrative Court gave directions as to the availability of a closed material procedure in judicial review proceedings brought by claimants seeking to challenge the decisions of the defendant Secretary of State in refusing to grant them naturalisation as British citizens where she contended that to give more reasons for her decisions would be harmful to national security.
