The Case

Extradition Extradition order. The Supreme Court, in allowing the appellants' appeals, held, in respect of the first three appellants, that they ought not to lose their right of appeal against extradition, in circumstances where the purported notice of appeal had not at the outset been accompanied by grounds of appeals, and, in respect of the fourth appellant, that the High Court had to have the power to permit and hear an out of time appeal which a litigant personally had done all he could to bring and notify timeously.
