The Case

Equity Fiduciary duty. The Chancery Division held that the claimants' claim would succeed in part, where the first defendant banker had been responsible for bribery and multiple breaches of fiduciary duty, and the second defendant, an associate of the first defendant, had dishonestly assisted the first defendant regarding a number of his breaches.
