The Case
Company Administration order. The Chancery Division refused an application by the j joint administrators of La Senza, for an order under s234 of the for the delivery up of certain goods held by a freight forwarding company but granted that company permission, pursuant to para 43(3)(b) of Sch B1 to the 1986 Act, to rely on a contractual lien over the goods in their possession.
