The Case
Immigration Deportation. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the claimant's appeal against a determination that upheld an order for his deportation, holding that the Special Immigration Appeals Commission had been entitled to take into account evidence obtained by UK Security Service officers from unofficial detention centres in Ethiopia housing individuals held in incommunicado arbitrary detention.
