The Case
Sentence Imprisonment. The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, reduced a sentence of six years' imprisonment for robbery to a sentence of four years and eight months' imprisonment where a defendant had pleaded guilty to a joint enterprise robbery in respect of a street robbery of a cash in transit cash box.
