The Case
Professional misconduct Medical practitioner. The Administrative Court, in dismissing the appellant doctor's appeal against the sanction of erasure from the medical register, held that the respondent General Medical Council's fitness to practice panel had followed the correct approach and had been entitled to make the findings it had made.
