The Case

Immigration Asylum Seeker. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, in allowing the claimant's appeal, held that the High Court had, in the circumstances, erred in its assessment of the age of the claimant asylum seeking minor where there had been a dispute between the claimant and defendant local authority.
