Divorce Financial provision. The Family Division in financial remedy proceedings following divorce, held that, in the circumstances, the receipt of a lottery prize by the wife during the marriage was non-matrimonial property. However, when the wife used the money to purchase a property she had converted that part of her non-matrimonial assets into matrimonial property.
