The Case
Planning Town and country planning. The Administrative Court, in ruling on the appellant's appeal against an enforcement notice, dismissed the appeal on all grounds, save for one which had been allowed. The enforcement notice would be remitted to the first respondent Secretary of State for reconsideration of its terms in respect of planning permission granted in 1993.
