Joint tenancy Means of effecting severance. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the claimant's appeal against the County Court's finding that there had been a severance of the beneficial interest in a joint tenancy by acts done relating to divorce proceedings between the defendant and his deceased wife.
