Employment tribunal Procedure. The Employment Appeal Tribunal, in allowing the appellant employee's appeal against the decision of an employment tribunal that he should be joined as a respondent to the claim of the second respondent employee, held that the case advanced before the tribunal had not afforded any basis for the joinder of the appellant employee.
