The Case
PROCEEDS OF CRIME UNLAWFUL CONDUCT. The Administrative Court granted to the Serious Organised Crime Agency a civil recovery order against the defendant, under the provisions of of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, on the ground that the subject property was derived from the proceeds of unlawful conduct.
