The Case

Contract Construction. The Chancery Division of the High Court allowed the claimant company's claim for an account of what was due to it in respect of unpaid commissions following the termination of an introducing broker agreement between the parties pursuant to which the claimant was entitled to continued commissions after termination on accounts introduced to the defendant company.
