Minor - Jurisdiction - Mirror orders - Malaysian court regulating rights of contact of child with father in England - Malaysian court requiring mirror order to be made in English court - Whether English court having jurisdiction to make mirror orders.
Minor Jurisdiction. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, held that the judge had erred in exercising jurisdiction on the basis of a mirror granted to reflect an order by the Malaysian court that the father have custody of the child.
