The Case
Medical practitioner Professional misconduct. The Administrative Court, in quashing the decision of the respondent's professional conduct committee, found that the committee's decision to strike off the appellant had been legally inadequate, had failed to deal with the issues raised by the appellant and had not dealt adequately with the reason to strike him off rather than impose an alternative sanction.
