The Case
Extradition Extradition hearing. The Administrative Court, in allowing the appellant's appeal, held that, in the circumstances where, inter alia, there had been delay on the part of the judicial authority and the appellant had not fled the jurisdiction, it would be oppressive pursuant to ss11.1(c) and 14 of the to order his extradition.
