The Case
Extradition Extradition hearing. The Divisional Court, in dismissing the appellant's appeal against extradition, held that there would be no breach of his rights under art3, 5 and 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights where the appellant might be subjected, with his consent, to chemical castration on his return.
