Contract - Formation - Course of correspondence - Parties exchanging emails - Whether contract formed during correspondence.
Contract Formation. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, upheld the judge's decision, namely that the parties had formed, during the course of email correspondence, a contract, notwithstanding the defendant not signing a 'formal contract' pursuant to the emails.
