The Case
Contract Intention to create legal relationship. The Queen's Bench Division held that the claimant would be entitled to recover directorship fees from the defendant in respect of an oral contract entered into with the first defendant at a meeting in Saudi Arabia in December 2003, and confirmed in a meeting in the United Kingdom in 2004.
