The Case
Costs Security for costs. Queen's Bench Division (Technology and Construction Court): In allowing an application for further security for costs, the court had not been satisfied, inter alia, that there would be a stifling of the claim by that further security requirement and the claimant was accordingly ordered to pay into court an additional sum of 36,000.
