Sentence - Imprisonment - Length of sentence - Offering to supply Class A drug - Defendant being sentence to seven years' imprisonment - Whether judge erring in not deducting credit for guilty plea.
Sentence Imprisonment. The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, allowed the defendant's appeal against concurrent sentences of seven years' imprisonment for two counts of offering to supply a Class A drug and reduced the sentence to a total of six years' imprisonment.
