The Case
Sentence Imprisonment. The Court of Appeal, Criminal Division, allowed the defendant's appeal against his sentence of nine years' imprisonment on his conviction for conspiracy to supply cocaine as, in all the circumstances, the sentence was outside the appropriate bracket.
