Trespass to land Sewer. The Queen's Bench Division gave a ruling in relation to the precise scope and description of works carried out by the defendant in circumstances where the defendant had admitted that the carrying out of those works had amounted to a trespass for which it was liable to pay damages, notification not having been given to the owner of the premises.
