The Case
Sex discrimination Discrimination. The Chancery Division held that the respondent had erred in its interpretation of reg18 of the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007 that provided charities with an exception to the general rule against discrimination and the matter would be remitted back to them for further consideration.
