The Case

Immigration Deportation. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, allowed an appeal by the Secretary of State against a determination of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in circumstances where the claimant citizen of Turkey had been convicted of a serious offence in the United Kingdom and a deportation order had been made against him.
