The Case

Employment Dismissal. The Employment Appeal Tribunal held that the employment tribunal had made errors of law in its decision to award 5,538 to the claimant employee for unfair dismissal from her job with the second respondent. The case was ordered to be remitted to the same tribunal for reconsideration, solely on the matter of the claimant's compensation.
