The Case
Employment tribunal Jurisdiction. The Employment Appeal Tribunal held, dismissing the employer's appeal, that the employment tribunal's finding that it had jurisdiction to entertain claims of unlawful age and race discrimination made by the employees, who were cabin crew employed on Hong Kong to London flights, was correct and not to be disturbed.
