The Case
Family proceedings Orders in family proceedings. In a dispute between the mother and father, who were in same sex relationships with different partners, the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, allowed the appeal in part against a shared residence order in favour of the mother and father so as to substitute a residence order in favour of the father, mother and the mother's partner.
