The Case

Disclosure and inspection of documents Production of documents. The Technology and Construction Court held that, in the circumstances, a defendant local authority was not entitled to restrict the disclosure of documents containing confidential information relating to the provision of care services, and that the disclosure of those documents would not prevent the authority from re-running the tendering process were they required so to do at the conclusion of the trial.
