The Case
European Community Environment. The Court of Justice of the European Communities (Grand Chamber) refused to annul Parliament and Council Regulation (EC)1013-2006 (on shipments of waste) in so far as it was based solely on art175(1) of the EC Treaty and not on arts175(1) and 133 EC.
