The Case
Prison Prisoner. The Administrative Court held, in dismissing the instant judicial review, that an initial decision made by a committee concerned with 'close supervision centres' (CSCs) was not unimpeachable, that the Director of High Security had power to overturn that decision, and that the decision of the committee at a later date to recommend the claimant's transfer to a CSC unit was not irrational.
