The Case

Receiver Appointed by court. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, ruled that a receiver's lien for his remuneration, costs and expenses extended to assets in which a convicted money-launderer had a bare legal interest, notwithstanding the fact that others had beneficial interests in those assets.
