Libel and slander Particulars. Queen's Bench Division: In a claim brought by the claimant for damages for libel against the defendants, respectively, the editor and publisher of the magazine 'Royalty Monthly', in respect of an article which appeared in that publication, the court struck out certain parts of the defendants' defence.
