The Case
Husband and wife Post-nuptial settlement. Court of Appeal, Civil Division: The court allowed the wife's appeal against the variation of an ancillary relief order and found that the county court judge had been wrong to rely on the fresh documents, that had been adduced by the husband at the hearing.
