The Case
Costs Order for costs. Queen's Bench Division, Administrative Court: The court dismissed an appeal by the appellants against the decision by justices to impose costs against them. The court stated that the fact there was no right of appeal to the Crown Court in relation to an order for costs was something which ought to be reconsidered.
