The Case
Extradition Arrest. Queen's Bench Division, Administrative Court (London): The court dismissed an appeal by the appellant judicial authority who had sought the overturning of a district judge's decision granting bail to the respondent, an individual who was alleged to have been involved in a large-scale fraud. Bail, however, was for a limited period only.
