The Case
Prison Repatriation of prisoner. Queen's Bench Division, Divisional Court: The court dismissed the claimant's claim for judicial review of a warrant for his detention in the United Kingdom, having been transferred to the same pursuant to the relevant agreement between Thailand and the UK for the transfer of prisoners, and the on the grounds that arts3 and 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights had not been breached.
