Contract Payment. Queen's Bench Division: In the instant case, the court decided that the majority shareholder and director of the claimant company was not entitled, having regard to all the evidence, to commission in respect of work done in securing a new premises for the defendant's High Commission, or payment on a quantum meruit basis.
