The Case
Town and country planning Permission for development. The Queen's Bench Division, Administrative Court dismissed the claimant developer's application to quash the Secretary of State's refusal to grant planning permission for the development of a site on the basis, inter alia, that the proposed development did not accord with the local authority's 'Babergh Local Plan Alteration No. 2 (2006)'.
