The Case

Rates Payment of rates. The Administrative Court held, in dismissing the instant application for judicial review, that the decision of the district judge in the defendant court to make three liability orders, under PtIII of the and the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) Regulations 1989, SI1989-1058, against the claimant company, in respect of its fibre optic network, and the judge's decision not to state a case in relation to that matter, was not in error.
