The Case
European Community Public procurement. The Court of Justice of the European Communities dismissed the applicant's appeal against a decision of the then-Court of First Instance of the European Community dismissing the applicant's application for the respondent Commission's decision to award a service contract to another party, following a tendering process, annulled, where the court had not erred in law or breached its duty to give reasons for its decision.
