The Case

Solicitor Disciplinary proceedings. The Divisional Court held that the appellant solicitor's appeal against a decision of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal to strike her off from the Roll of Solicitors for conduct unbefitting of a solicitor, and dishonesty, in relation to the misuse of client monies, involved no legal error, and no error on the facts. There was no basis upon which the tribunal's decision could be interfered with.
