Employment - Victimisation - Protected disclosure - Scope of 'whistle blowing' provisions - Meaning of 'person' in provision containing definition of 'qualifying disclosure' - s 43B(1)(b).
Employment Victimisation. Employment Appeal Tribunal: The word 'person' under s43B(1)(b) of the had a wide meaning. It was not to be limited to employers, but included all legal entities including a body of persons corporate or incorporate.
