The Case
Landlord and tenant Tenancy. Queen's Bench Division: A declaration was made that the defendants had security of tenure in respect of lodges held by the first claimant where the defendants had alleged that they had bought the lodges from the second claimant on the strength of promises that they would be granted leases for their sites until the end of the first claimant's lease.
